The evening starts with a buffet dinner featuring a clam chowder bar, big green salad, fresh fruit salad, carved baron of beef with mashed potatoes, carved turkey with stuffing, cranberry and gravy, shrimp scampi pasta and Ghiradelli chocolate cookies for dessert along with a Buena Vista Irish coffee bar.
