The evening kicks off with a delightful selection of appetizers, featuring oyster shots, wrapped kielbasa, eggrolls, and antipasto. Our elegant dinner service offers a choice of delectable entrees: braised short ribs with a rich hunter sauce, Ortega chili scalloped potatoes, baby zucchini, starburst squash, and teardrop tomatoes; Champagne Chicken Dijon with wild rice and baby vegetables; or a vegan option of grilled vegetables with portobello mushrooms drizzled with balsamic glaze. For dessert, indulge in a turtle cheesecake topped with nuts, caramel, and chocolate. Crooner Jerome Dean will serenade you with holiday classics, DJ Ronnie will keep the tunes spinning, and the incredible Zamala SoulJazz Band will have you dancing the night away. Plus, there are special surprise guests! Enjoy a fantastic silent auction along with the annual raffle of the holiday trees. Don't miss out…
