About the event
Set for an elegant night of indulgence, guests will begin the experience in the Emerald Room, where no-host cocktails and a sophisticated selection of appetizers set the tone:
Bruschetta with toast points
Kielbasa wrapped in puff pastry with nine-grain mustard dipping sauce
Mozzarella and tomato skewers with balsamic drizzle
To complement the appetizers, guests will enjoy DAOU Paso Robles Rosé, a vibrant wine known for its floral aromas and bright fruit notes — a perfect prelude to what’s to come.
From there, the evening transitions to the Club California Patio, where diners will be seated for an unforgettable culinary journey.
